Vertical Pumps
Vertical Pumps provide solution agitation and/or filtration for any metal finishing chemical process. Moving fresh solution across the surface of the parts can improve cleaning, pickling, plating speed and the overall quality of the surface finish. Combining solution movement with filtration to remove suspended particles will extend the service life of any chemical solution. Vertical Pumps are available in a variety of sizes and materials.
- Pump Sizes Ranging from 1/15 HP (12 GPM) to 7.5 HP (175 GPM)
- Materials of Construction – Polypropylene, CPVC, PVDF, Stainless Steel
- Shaft Material – 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, Titanium, PTFE Coated
- Self-Priming When Immersed in Solution
- Smaller Pumps Available in 115 & 208/230V; Larger Pumps Available in 208/230 & 460V
- Custom Pump and Shaft Materials Available for Unique Applications

There are a variety of vertical pump manufacturers and a variety of pump configurations available. When requesting a quote, please provide the following information:
- Specify Pump Manufacturer if Necessary
- Tank Dimensions – Length x Width x Height or Diameter x Height + Solution Level
- Chemical Description & Operating Temperature of the Solution
- If Filtering, How Many Solution Turn-Overs Per Hour
- If Filtering, Specify the Filter Micron Rating if Known
- Incoming Voltage and Phase
When replacing an existing pump, please provide the following information:
- Pump Manufacturer
- Part Number off of the Existing Pump
- If No Part Number is Available, Provide the Information Requested Above
