Anode Bags

As anodes dissolve in an electroplating solution, small particles can circulate through the solution and cause roughness and other visual defects. Anode bags are used to help keep any particulate matter from entering the solution.  Anode bags are custom manufactured to each customer’s anode basket or slab anode specifications. When requesting a quote, please provide the following information:

  • Anode basket or slab anode dimensions – L x W x H or Diameter x Height + Hook Dimensions
  • Description of the electroplating solution
  • Quantity of bags required

  • Polypropylene felt 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 micron
  • Polyester felt 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 micron
  • Polypropylene monofilament 5, 12, 30, 70, 105, 200 and 525 cfm
  • Polypropylene 680/800 micron
  • Nylon monofilament 100, 150, 300, 400, 600 and 800 micron
