Established in 1981, our client manufactures 60,000 – 70,000 pounds of screws daily, supplied to Lowe’s and Home Depot nationwide. Despite their philosophy of continuous improvement, a new acid-pickle bath pretreat system on their paint line led to excessive zinc in their wastewater effluent.
