September 14, 2026

Hubbard-Hall has promoted Marcos Scuccuglia from Director of Operations to Vice President of Operations. In his expanded role, Scuccuglia will lead operations across Hubbard-Hall locations to strengthen performance and support the company's continued growth.

Since joining Hubbard-Hall just over a year ago, Scuccuglia has led initiatives that improved efficiency, expanded capacity, and enhanced operational visibility. These improvements help Hubbard-Hall serve customers more effectively through greater responsiveness, reliability, and operational excellence.

“Marcos’s people-first approach to management and commitment to Lean-based continuous improvement have made him a very impactful leader in our company in a short period of time,” said Molly Kellogg, President and CEO of Hubbard-Hall. “As we navigate Hubbard-Hall’s next phase of growth across 4 operating locations, Marcos’ previous experience in chemical manufacturing and proven ability to manage complex projects support our goal of being our customers’ best supplier.”

As Vice President of Operations, Scuccuglia will oversee capital projects and companywide Lean initiatives focused on expanding capacity, improving processes and supporting evolving customer needs.

Scuccuglia brings nearly 30 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering and operations leadership. Before joining Hubbard-Hall in 2025, he held senior production and operations roles at Dymax, MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions and Solvay, overseeing manufacturing operations in the United States and Brazil. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and an MBA in business administration and management.

"Operations is where our promises to customers become real," Scuccuglia said. "I'm excited about what we can accomplish by continuing to challenge ourselves, working together, and finding smarter ways to get the job done."
