Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Give Two Thumbs Up

The results are in! Hubbard-Hall received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the 28 respondents in our latest monthly Customer Satisfaction Phone Survey.  This monthly phone survey offer our customers the chance to tell us how we’re doing.We are proud to report 98% positive approval ratings in the categories of customer service and fulfillment of customer requirements, as well as a 96% positive rating for our delivery services.

Our Customer Satisfaction Survey Program randomly selects 2 customers per location to ask about their experience with us, including their general customer service/order placement experience, the delivery of their order, and how well our products meet their requirements. Customers can then rate us on each point on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest score possible and 5 the highest. In this month’s survey, we received 5 out of 5 across the board from 22 of our 28 respondents, including Steve Kapush of Ball Chain MFG. “Hubbard-Hall is definitely the best, [they] always make follow up calls and check in to see if anything is needed,” he said. “If there is an issue, it is immediately resolved, we have a great long term relationship with [them].”
