New Regulatory Requirements for Cold Solvent Cleaning Finalized
Waterbury, CT – As an active member of the Massachusetts Chemistry and Technology Alliance, Inc (MCTA), Hubbard-Hall would like to let our customers and partners know the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MADEP) has finalized the 310 CMR 7.18(8)(a) VOC RACT STANDARDS FOR FACILITIES THAT UTILIZE COLD CLEANING DEGREASING. The MADEP has issued a Guidance Document for 310 CMR 7.18(8)(a), as the result of a meeting with MCTA. The document discusses deferral of enforcement and clarification of regulatory requirements.
