Adding a Higher Level of Service and Technical expertise

With the addition of 6 talented people in the last month, Hubbard-Hall is looking to add a higher level of service and technical expertise to our customers. We deepened the bench up and down the East Coast to meet projected growth demands in the next 2 years.

Lisa M. Casey, Director of Administration

Lisa was Director of Human Resources for ORAFOL Americas Inc., formerly Reflexite Technology Group in Avon, CT, where she was part of the senior management team and responsible for talent development, recruiting and appraisal as well as compensation and benefit plans. As part of our Senior Management Team, Lisa is tasked with finding and developing future Hubbard-Hall professionals. Lisa is a graduate of Providence College with a BA in Special Education and English. She holds an SPHR Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. She and her husband David have two daughters and live in Bristol, CT.

Robin R. Deal, Technical Field Service Engineer

Robin has worked with chemicals in production throughout her career with various manufacturers since 1998, most recently with Apex Tool Group in Gastonia, NC. She has also completed extensive coursework in the subject and earned a Physical/Chemical Waste Water Treatment Grade 1 designation. Robin lives with her new husband and children in Bessemer City, NC.

Jake A. Loudermilk, Technical Sales Representative – Surface Finishing

Sales is very much a people business, to which Jake brings an interesting perspective. Jake was formerly a Patrol Officer for the Springdale Police Department and a Detention Officer for Washington County, AK. Jake reports to Brent Burleson, who will be working very closely with him over these next several months to develop his product knowledge and help him become familiar with the needs of Hubbard-Hall’s accounts in Alabama.

Andrew K. Skipp, Jr. – Aquapure Representative

Andrew became familiar with the concepts of Waste Water Treatment during his tenure as a Management Trainee with Brenntag USA and developed a real passion for exploring its potential. Andrew will be based in Waterbury, but you can expect to see him wherever there are Waste Water opportunities.

Joe Baratta & Zeke Rollins, Chemical Operators

Joe is an experienced Chemical Operator who has worked for various textile and chemical companies in the Spartanburg area and has held shift leadership positions: Michael “Zeke” Rollins has an Associates Degree in Horticultural Sciences and has worked as a Technician for Spartanburg County Parks.
