Hubbard-Hall Boosts Staff in Sales & Technical Service
Industrial chemical supplier adds two new faces to their expanding workforce.
Waterbury, CT, June 19, 2016 – Hubbard-Hall, an industrial chemical supplier, added two talented team members last month. These new additions make for a total 10% increase in the company’s tech support and sales team in 2016. This continuing growth allows for faster field response and further commitment to their mission statement, “Provide Chemistry and Expertise for Manufacturing’s Toughest Problems”. Faith Mierzejewski joined the technical team as a Chemical Engineer based in their Waterbury, CT headquarters, and Tom Salvino joined the sales team in a Business Development role in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Faith is a familiar face to Hubbard-Hall, having spent multiple summers and school holidays interning in their technical lab. Faith recently graduated from University of Connecticut with a Chemical Engineering degree. “Faith is an inquisitive and energetic chemical engineer,” said Bob Farrell, Senior Vice President and Technical Director at Hubbard-Hall. “Valuable traits for success in her process development roll.” As a Chemical Engineer Faith’s responsibilities will include working on product and process development while also seeking out new and emerging technologies to help manufactures make further advances in surface finishing.
Tom’s proven 17 years of experience and sales capabilities give him an outstanding base from which to take on this Business Development role. “When I met Tom Salvino I was impressed with Tom’s strategic approach to sales and his sales leadership experience,” said Hubbard-Hall Director of Sales Robert Messore, recalling how Tom engaged and received an order within his first week. One of Tom’s primary goals will be exploring the needs of the customer to provide Hubbard-Hall’s R&D team with customer requirements for new product development and opportunities.
