A Hall of Fame Inductee and Emerging Leader In Our Midst
Procurement Manager completes a distinguished training program, and Chemical Operator is inducted into Hall of Fame.
We are happy to announce the completion of the National Association of Chemical Distributors’ (NACD) Emerging Leaders training program by Rob Augello, Hubbard-Hall’s Manager of Corporate Procurement. We would also like to extend our congratulations to Hubbard-Hall Chemical Operator Dean Hardt on his induction into the Watertown High School Gridiron Hall of Fame.
The Emerging Leaders program is an opportunity for the next generation of company and industry leaders to network with the NACD Board of Directors, learn more about changing regulations in the industry, and improve their business insight and leadership skills.
“The Emerging Leaders program was a fantastic experience,” said Augello. “Over the past two years, I’ve learned how to handle my responsibilities better, built a better understanding of leadership styles, and gathered advice and information from my fellow students on how to approach problems at work.”
Augello went on to affirm how the program helped him develop the measures and standards of quality Hubbard-Hall customers wish to see. “Our continued improvement will ultimately help us service our customers even better,” he said.
Meanwhile, Dean Hardt was honored for his service and community involvement alongside this year’s other inductees at the Hall of Fame’s twenty-first annual dinner.
After a four-season career on the field through his senior year, Dean found his calling in 1996 as a football coach for various high school programs, a position he holds to this day. He additionally coached basketball as well, and is currently responsible for keeping the varsity boys’ and girls’ scorebooks up to date for statistical accuracy.
We are very proud of Rob and Dean’s accomplishments, and would like to extend our congratulations for the recognition of their achievements.
