Quick Temper 300 P is a mixture of nitrate and nitrite salts formulated for a specific range of
operating temperatures. Quick Temper 300 P costs a little less than Quick Temper 275 P
but is not a eutectic mixture and does not have a sharp melting point. Quick Temper 300 P
contains a pink dye to meet the requirement for a dye containing tempering salt.
