Quick Cure 275-P is a high purity, eutectic mixture of nitrate and nitrite salts, containing a pink dye for color identification where such is desired. It is formulated specifically for curing extruded rubber profiles in the lowest possible temperature range. It is used as a molten liquid salt. It is especially effective at curing silicone profiles and sponge rubber in the 325 – 475°F. range. Quick Cure 275-P can be used to cure conventional rubber profiles at higher temperatures (over 400°F). It is a high purity mixture with a sharp melting point yielding low viscosity and high fluidity at any operating temperature.
