pickling and surface activation in plating operations. Acid Brite 340 was developed to work on a wide range of metals with or without current. It will produce a smut free, active metal surface on: steel, zinc, brass, copper, nickel, aluminum, pewter, Kovar, and Invar. Unlike other acid salts, Acid Brite 340 is easy to use and does not require dissolving salts. It is ready to use as soon as it is in the tank.
