Waterbury, CT – Hubbard-Hall welcomes Noel Rutherford as Supply Chain Manager. In this role, he will oversee the global purchasing activities for the company, including logistics and inventory.

Rutherford brings 30 years of experience in global vendor portfolio management, negotiating long-term and master purchase agreements and working with technical teams to identify alternative materials and components when necessary. Most recently he worked at Carling Technologies Inc (now part of Littelfuse Inc) as a Commodity Manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University (Potsdam, NY) and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Connecticut (Storrs, CT).

Rutherford reports to Carter Burningham, Director of Corporate Supply Chain, and will work out of the Waterbury, CT facility. “Noel’s expertise of driving operational excellence will lead to strategic growth for the organization and expand value add for our customers. He has a proven track record for continuous improvement and establishing vendor alliances that will enable us to deliver on our mission to be our customer’s best supplier,” stated Burningham.
