Hubbard-Hall Inc. welcomes Brenda Thulen as Vice President of Human Resources. As a true generalist, Thulen is skilled in a wide variety of topics related to human resources. She is particularly passionate about organization, talent development, employee engagement, total rewards and talent acquisition.

Thulen brings with her over 30 years of progressive experience in Global Human Resource teams, mostly concentrated in manufacturing. “I look forward to playing an instrumental role in the enhancement and execution of company strategies that will support and accelerate Hubbard-Hall’s strategic growth goals. My objective is to nurture the current employee-led culture, all while spearheading the departmental initiatives to drive the business,” stated Thulen.

She is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology, continued her education at the New York Institute of Technology with a Master of Business Administration degree, with a focus in human resources. Additionally, she holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

Thulen reports to Molly Kellogg, CEO at Hubbard-Hall, and will work out of the Waterbury, CT office full-time. “Brenda’s experience will be an asset in recruiting, developing and supporting our team members, said Kellogg. “Not only do we want to be our customers’ best supplier, but we want to be a workplace of choice and help our team members be exceptional.”
