Jodie Menze Joins as Customer Service Manager

With a mission to be their customers’ best supplier, Hubbard-Hall Inc. has hired Jodie Menze as Customer Service Manager. Spearheading a new position, Menze will take a hands-on approach to enhancing the customer experience. She brings technical knowledge and a unique manufacturing background to the role, which she will use to advance process improvements and provide customers with the fastest response time in the industry.

Menze intends to build solid relationships throughout the customer lifecycle and invest in digital tools that help customers access needed information as quickly as possible. “Hubbard-Hall has a reputation for excellent customer service; I look forward to continuing this tradition with the team.  I believe in the old adage of ‘treating each customer the way that I expect to be treated.’ My approach is to provide extraordinary customer service by prioritizing the customer’s success,” stated Menze.

Boasting over 10 years of customer service supervising experience, Menze is a promising leader. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with her bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University.

Menze reports to Carter Burningham, Director of Supply Chain, and will work of out the Waterbury, Connecticut office.
