The New England chapter of the National Association of Surface Finishers are having their annual Winter Seminar at the Holiday Inn in Marlborough, MA on the 9th of February from 12:00 to 5:00. Hubbard-Hall’s AquaPure WasteWater Technical Service Representative, David Joyce, will be presenting on the topic of new chemistry and techniques in wastewater treatment.
Topics and training at the full winter seminar include:
- Triennial DOT HAZMAT and Annual RCRA Training:– Jeff Mosholder of New Path LLC. will be the lead presenter of this course designed to meet the Triennial DOT HAZMAT training requirement plus mandatory RCRA 40, CFR 265.16, annual hazardous waste handling and safety training requirements. Travis Porter, Amy Longo and Tom O’Leary of Enpro Environmental Services will assist Jeff by instructing attendees on proper hazardous waste secretions, labeling, handling and manifest preparation.
- Wastewater Treatment Technology:
– David Joyce from Hubbard-Hall and Jeff Sotek of HRP associates will give an update on the newest cutting edge chemistry and techniques available to the wastewater treatment professional.
Lunch and registration will be from 12:00 to 1:00 and then the seminar will be from 1:00 to 5:00. The cost of this event is $100 for NE-NASF Members or $175 for non-members, the cost includes the seminar and lunch.
