Formulated for use on all substrate materials, Aquaease™ spray cleaners vary in pH from 7.5 to 14, with applications in both light to heavy duty cleaning applications. Many contain compounds that act as an in process corrosion inhibitor.

Steel Cleaning: Spray Applications

Cleaner P 005M A powdered alkaline, heavy duty aqueous spray cleaner suitable for all engineering metals such as aluminum alloys, brass, copper, bronze, ferrous metals, magnesium alloys, titanium alloys, zinc die castings, white metals, lead alloys, pewter, nickel, and tin surfaces.
Aquaease™ PL 732 A mildly alkaline, very low-foaming liquid aqueous cleaner for application in any of the following types of power spray machines: monorail conveyor, continuous belt, spiral washers or cabinet. Aquaease™ PL 732 may be used to clean ferrous metals, copper, brass alloys, bronzes, aluminum alloys, stainless steel and nickel-clad stock.
Aquaease™ PL 714 A mildly alkaline, low-foaming liquid cleaner for application in any of the following types of power spray machines: monorail conveyor, continuous belt, spiral washers, or cabinet. Aquaease™ PL 714 may be used to clean both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Brightens copper and brass.
Aquaease™ SL 917 A heavy duty highly alkaline liquid cleaner which may be used as an immersion or spray cleaner for cleaning ferrous metals, copper, brass alloys, magnesium and titanium alloys. Aquaease™ SL 917 was formulated to remove a variety of forming lubricant and carbonaceous type soils from ferrous metals.
Lusterclean™ 40 LF A mildly alkaline, low foam, water soluble, liquid cleaner developed for cleaning ferrous metals, copper, brass alloys, stainless steels, aluminum, nickel coated stock and nickel alloys in either a soak cleaning, agi-dip soak operations, or spiral washer. Excellent choice for particulate and smut removing when using ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
