This is a product you don't WANT to buy but you might have to. Because it means you have a problem with the odor coming from your nitric acid tanks. Surfactant in Aquaease PL 200 outperforms surfactant previously being added manually. Product can also be used with cold water, avoiding worker exposure to hot water splashes when adding powder.

Halltronic R629: Ferric chloride stabilizer for metal etching.

Chlorine gas got you down? Hydrogen Peroxide just a little too strong an oxidizer? Halltronic R629 is a sodium chlorate regenerator used in Ferric and Copper etching. By offering high regeneration rates, the product offers an economical and SAFE alternative to chlorine or peroxide regeneration. Customer customers are using it in nameplate etching of aluminum and brass.

Case History: Halltronic R629

Problem to be solved:
Customer had problem with chlorate dropping out in drum of ferric regeneration solution.

Lower temp cleaning resulted in energy savings. Faster degreasing time lead to increased productivity.
