Quality Programs Attention to Customer Satisfaction: Hubbard-Hall's Quality Policy is weighed heavily toward meeting and exceeding customer expectations. To that end we take great stakes in tracking and monitoring these indicators, which include but not limited to: biannual 3rd-party surveys, regular follow-up calls post delivery, a Corrective and Preventive Action process that kicks in whenever an "order-to-delivery" doesn't go perfect, and feedback from our Sales Representatives. ISO Certification: Hubbard-Hall received ISO 9001 (1994 standard) certification for its specialty division headquarters and corporate headquarters in March of 2000 and 2001 respectively. Both locations were upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 in October 2003. In 2005, we decided to add our two distribution centers to our ISO umbrella. In October 2006, our Wilmington, MA facility earned its certification and in September 2007 our last location, W. Springfield, MA followed suit. Responsible Distribution Process (RDP) In 1995, all Hubbard-Hall locations in New England were certified by Underwriters Lab as being compliant with RDP as defined by the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD). RDP outlines a series of operating principles and standards to ensure the safe handling, storage and transportation of chemicals by our employees and through our communities. One of the most important initiatives ever launched by the chemical distribution industry, compliance with RDP is a condition of membership for the NACD.
